When you're ready, fill out our wholesale order and application form here.
Once we receive your application, your retailer credentials will be reviewed. If you qualify, your Quan Jewelry retailer account will be activated and all purchase orders will be created through the website. All applicants will receive a response within 30 days.
All applicants must read and understand the MAPPolicy and Wholesale Agreement.
