Hope and resilience are interrelated. They go well together. In fact, one may not be successful without the other. Not having hope is an impediment for resiliency. And resiliency, refusing to sink and recovering quickly from difficult conditions, won't be possible if not for hope.
Another way to view resilience is that it is, purely, hope. Hope is powerful. It is believing that one's circumstances are temporary and bound to change for the better.
In the midst of everything that's happening around us, the optimism that we can get from Hope and Resilience can make all the difference in the world.
Let hope energize and mobilize you. Refuse to sink.
